3. Purpose of use of the register

 

Personal data is processed when ordering, invoices, contacts, questions, customer inquiries, reports, marketing and other customer service – related measures in connection with the administrator.

The register processes purchase and transaction information and location information can be used for marketing activities and customer communication.

 


4.The contents of the register

The groups of people whose information is processed by the company’s customers, customer contacts, people who have been in contact with the company, people who have participated in the company’s events and people who have granted the marketing authorization. The register may process information necessary for its intended use such as:

a. basic information such as name and contact information

b. customer relationship information

c. Information about the behavior on the company website.

Only employees have the right to process customer data and use the system that contains personal data for their work. Each user has their own username and password for the system. The information is collected in databases that are protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means. The databases and their backups are locked in spaces and can only be accessed by certain predetermined persons. The personal data is stored for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which the personal data is used. The data controller shall regularly assess the need for data storage, taking into account applicable legislation. In addition, the personal data controller shall take reasonable measures to ensure that the personal data are not incompatible, obsolete or incorrect, but if necessary correct or delete such personal data without delay.

 

5. The information in the register is promising

Register information can be shared within Härdin Pizzeria and shared with its subcontractors.

We never share your information with third parties who do not have the right to access your information. To run the ordering system, however, we collect services from selected service providers and provide them with certain information with limited and strictly controlled access. An example of this is our advertising agency partner.
